Associate Broker Course

 

NO STATE TEST REQUIRED
If you have already taken the State Sales Agent exam.

The state of Maine requires that a Sales Agent pass the 60 hour Associate Broker course with a 75% or better, in order to qualify for an Associate Broker license. Our 60 hour Associate Broker course covers all of the educational material required by Maine License Law and Rules to qualify for an Associate Broker license. The Sales Agent will also have to complete the Maine Real Estate Commission required "Documented Field Experience " in order to obtain the Associate Broker license.

The Associate Broker Course is $425.00. Includes books and material.

The University of Southern Maine will accept our Associate Broker course for three college credits with the payment of the University's transfer fee.

REFUND POLICY:
If a student cancels 5 days prior to the start of the Associate Broker Course, a refund will be issued. However, there will be an administration fee of $50.00 for any cancellations. Credit for a future Associate Broker Course will be given if cancelled less than 5 days prior to class. If you call to cancel the day of class or are a "no show/no call", no refund or credit will be given. Course fee is non-transferable to other course offerings. All credits must be used within 1 year.
