CYA-Cover Your Aspirations When It Comes To Environmental Issues

Environmental Issues are big issues with buyers today.  Covered will be the pertinent environmental issues that may be encountered by real estate licensees and offer ways to manage problems that arise as well as ways to avoid problems before they arise. The purpose of this course is to assist the licensee in knowing how to respond to potential and actual environmental problems, with an emphasis on finding opportunities for enhancing property values and reducing the incidence of problems. This course is approved by the Maine and New Hampshire Real Estate Commissions for 3 clock hours of continuing education.
