What Every Real Estate Agent Should Know About Today’s Financing
Real estate licensees need to know about financing in order to properly represent their buyer and seller clients, especially in today’s market. Closings for your client may hinge on your knowledge of financing options and your ability to assist in the transaction. You cannot leave it ALL to the loan officer! This course will review the benefits, eligibility requirements, credit, income stability, assets, appraisal process and special programs for a variety of loans. Help your buyers and sellers realize a closing as a result of your knowledge of financing. This course is approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission and the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission for 3 clock hours of continuing education.
