Representing sellers in a buyer's market is very different than representing sellers in a seller's market. Attend this course and discuss ways to help the seller be realistic in pricing the property, discuss things that the licensee can do to help the seller meet his/her goals, discuss with the seller how the type of financing can make or break a transaction and help the seller understand the buyer's side of the transaction in order to facilitate the negotiations that are inherent in a real estate transaction. Unique issues with short sales and bank owned properties will also be discussed. This course is approved for 3 clock hours by the Maine and New Hampshire Real Estate Commissions.
