The Accredited Buyer Representative course of the National Association Of REALTORS® is a much sought after designation in the real estate industry today. Topics included in this course are duties to the client, responsibilities to the customer, agency conflicts, buyer counseling services, building a buyer representative business, negotiating as a buyer representative and much more.
To acquire the ABR designation you must pass the two-day ABR course plus 1 elective course. For GRI candidates, the ABR course plus the Maine core course will satisfy the requirements for the GRI 102 module.
The ABR course has been approved for 14 clock hours of continuing education by the Maine Real Estate Commission and 3 credit hours of continuing education by the New Hampshire Commission.
Program fee is normally $295 but is offered in 2013 for the discounted price of only $249! The program fee includes all materials and first year's dues.
