Come to this class to learn the intricacies of short sales. Learn how to list short sales and how to get short sales to closing. This is not your usual short sale course. This course actually tells you what you have to do in order to list and actually close a short sale. Other courses give you theory. This course gives you down and dirty details of what needs to be done and how to do it. This course is approved for 3 clock hours of continuing education by the Maine and New Hampshire Real Estate Commissions. Also approved for 3 credit hours of CE for Mortgage Loan Officers.
