This course will answer this and many other questions.  The course covers types of deeds, components of a valid deed, recognizing easements and restrictions in deeds, title insurance, the recording system and drawing plot plans from deeds. This course is approved for 3 clock hours of continuing education by the Maine and New Hampshire Real Estate Commissions.
