Designated Broker Course
Have you ever thought of upgrading your Associate Broker license to a Broker license in Maine?
If the answer is yes - THIS IS THE COURSE FOR YOU!!!
This 45 hour course covers all the educational requirements that are necessary to
apply for a Broker license. In order to receive the Broker license the applicant must
make application to the Maine Real Estate Commission and show proof of having
passed the Designated Broker Course and show proof of one year’s full time practice in real estate brokerage as an Associate Broker.
There is NO STATE TEST required after passing this course.
Designated Brokers, if you would like to take this course as a refresher, this course has been approved for 18 hours of continuing education credit by the Maine Real Estate Commission.
The Designated Broker Course is $325.00. Includes all material.

- September 17, 24, October 1, 15, 22, 29, November 12 & 19, 2008
Each class is held from 9:00am to 4:00pm, except November 19 which is 9:00am to Noon.

Augusta: Econo Lodge, 390 Western Ave
- September 24, Oct. 1, 15, 22, 29, November 12 & 19, 2008
Each class is held from 8:30am to 4:30pm, except February 20 which is 8:30am to 12:30pm.
The instructor is Elaine Richer.
REFUND POLICY:
If a student cancels 5 days prior to the start of the Designated Broker
Course, a refund will be issued. However, there will be an
administration fee of $50.00 for any cancellations. Credit for a future
Designated Broker Course will be given if cancelled less than 5 days
prior to class. If you call to cancel the day of class or are a "no
show/no call", no refund or credit will be given. Course fee is
non-transferable to other course offerings. All credits must be used
within 1 year.
