  • At the toll booth you will go straight through the traffic lights.
  • At the next set of lights, you are going to make a right turn. You will pass McDonald's, on your right.
  • A short distance ahead you will pass a Service Station on your right.
  • Just beyond the service station move into the center lane.
  • This will take you onto Cumberland St.
  • You will pass the fire station and the SAPPI Paper Mill on the right, go under the overpass, and continue to the traffic light.
  • Go through the traffic light and half way up the hill (a short distance) on your left is the Arthur Gary School of Real Estate.

From Massachussetts I - 95 North:

  • Upon entering New Hampshire, follow Route 95 North to Exit 6. 
  •  When you come down the exit ramp we are directly across the street from the end.
