Refund Policy For Continuing Education Courses
Full refund if cancel more than 24 hours prior to class. Credit for another course if cancel within 24 hours of the class. There will be no refund, or credit, for students who do not show, or call, prior to the beginning of class.
Refund Policy For All Live Courses
There will be an administration fee of $50.00 for any class cancellations. No refund will be given after five days prior to class. Credit for another of the same course will be given if cancel between five days and one day prior to the beginning of the course. No credit or refund will be given if you call to cancel on the day before the course starts or for no shows. Course fees are non-transferable to other course offerings. All credits must be used within one year of the original registration or be forfeited.
Refund Policy For Correspondence/Home Study Courses
If you decide the correspondence/home study course is not what you need, you may return the material in resalable condition within 30 days from the date of our mailing. You will receive a credit or refund minus a $50.00 administration fee. After the 30 days, we are unable to issue a credit or refund.
