Sales Agent Course

The state of Maine requires that a person pass the 55 hour Sales Agent course and a state exam, both with a 75% or better, in order to qualify for a Sales Agent license. Our 55 hour Sales Agent course covers all of the material required by Maine License Law and Rules to qualify for a Sales Agent license.

            The program fee for the 55-hour Sales Agent Course is $395.00, which includes all books and materials.

Classes below will be held two Wednesday evenings from 6:00pm to 9:30pm, three Saturdays and three Sundays from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Maine Sales Agent Exam Prep Course

Do you have test anxiety?  If so, you are not alone.  Many people have a difficult time taking tests.  This course is intended to assist you in two ways.  First we will review the information that will be covered in the standardized Sales Agent Test by reviewing sample test questions.  Second, we will go over various strategies for taking the test.  Covering these two topics will make you more confident in your ability to pass the exam. 

The program fee of $95.00 covers the course and material.

Classes that are in Westbrook will be held at the Arthur Gary School of Real Estate.  Classes that are in Bangor will be held at Comfort Inn.  The Augusta class will be held at the Econo Lodge on Western Ave.

Classes are held on Saturdays from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

REFUND POLICY:
If a student cancels 5 days prior to the start of the Sales Agent Course a refund will be issued. However, there will be an administration fee of $50.00 for any cancellations. Credit for a future Sales Agent Course will be given if cancelled less than 5 days prior to class. If you call to cancel the day of class or are a “no show/no call”, no refund or credit will be given. Course fee is non-transferable to other course offerings. All credits must be used within 1 year.
