This 56-hour class will prepare you for licensure as a real estate agent in two states!

Our experienced and knowledgeable instructors break down the critical laws and information necessary to pass the exams.

Basic prequalifications:

In order to sell real estate in Maine and New Hampshire, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma (or equivalent), submit to a criminal background check, and pass the appropriate state exams.

Once these qualifications are met, you are eligible to apply for your real estate licenses!

This class is structured to guide you through the 40 hours of New Hampshire Salesperson material and prepare you for the New Hampshire Salesperson Exam. Once that portion of the class has been completed, there is a significant break in the schedule to give you time to take the New Hampshire Salesperson Exam; then the class picks back up for another 16 hours of Maine law information to prepare you for the Maine Law Exam.

The course fee includes all textbooks and materials.

At that point, you will have all of the information you need to get licensed in Maine and New Hampshire!

We have career advisors who are able to help clarify the requirements and the process to help you get and stay licensed. If you would like to set up a time to speak with one of our career advisors, please fill out our contact form.
