Thinking of a career in Real Estate? This course will introduce you to the practice and principles of real estate sales in New Hampshire and fully prepare you for the state exam.

This class will be conducted by our instructors live online using Zoom. We recommend that you test your ability to connect to the Zoom platform before the course starts. You can test it here.

In order to sell real estate in New Hampshire, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma (or equivalent), submit to a criminal background check and obtain a real estate license from the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission. In addition, you must complete 40 hours of education before applying for a real estate salesperson license.

Policies: Students are allowed to miss no more than four hours of class time. While we will make every effort to accommodate special arrangements for students missing more than the allotted time, we cannot guarantee that every situation will result in available makeup time. An additional fee to the student will be charged, based on the amount of time needed and the availability of the instructor, if a private session is available and necessary.

Course Requirements:

Computer with reliable internet connection and webcam
Simple calculator with no internet connection or programming capability
Notebook/Notepad for student use

The course fee includes the textbooks and uploaded materials. The course materials will be uploaded to your Student Portal and the textbook will be mailed to the address you provide during checkout.
