Class for a Cause provides an opportunity for real estate agents to attend certain continuing education classes AT NO COST in exchange for a donation to the local homeless shelters and soup kitchens we work with to assist those in a time of need.

Your donation is your ticket into the class! This month we are working with Preble Street. The mission of Preble Street is to provide accessible barrier-free services to empower people experiencing problems with homelessness, housing, hunger, and poverty and to advocate for solutions to those problems. Below is a list of the much-needed items:

Monetary donations of any size are always appreciated (checks payable to Preble Street) or socks, new underwear, men’s jeans, towels, backpacks, coffee, cooking oil, pasta, rice, laundry detergent, deodorant, razors, shaving cream, soap, combs, sunscreen, toothpaste and toothbrushes, winter jackets, hats, gloves, boots, sneakers, hooded sweatshirts, playing cards, board games, arts/crafts supplies, books

Many thanks to our Sponsor, Regency Mortgage!

Courts are holding buyer brokers responsible for far more than most of us ever thought possible.  Come to this course and discuss the various aspects of buyer broker liability with respect to property disclosures, fiduciary responsibilities, and overall representation of the buyer client. This course is approved for 3 clock hours of continuing education by Maine and New Hampshire Real Estate Commissions.
