This course focuses on essential and advanced best practices for purchase and sale agreements. The course teaches general principles of contracts, helps licensees understand the importance of proper drafting, and reviews essential provisions of a typical purchase and sale agreement. Some topics include: What constitutes a valid offer and acceptance, avoiding inadvertent rejection of offers, Merchantable Title/Use and Enjoyment, due diligence (inspections), and discussions of hypothetical and actual case studies. This course has been approved by the Director of the New Hampshire Real Estate Commissions for three clock hours toward fulfillment of the educational requirements for activation or renewal of a real estate license. This course is appropriate for licensees of all levels.
