Directions to Durham
Durham is located off Rte. 4 between Portsmouth and Concord, NH. Follow the Exit signs on Rte 4. The Main Street of Durham goes through the campus. Classes are held in various buildings on campus.

In order to sell real estate in New Hampshire, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma (or equivalent), submit to a criminal background check and obtain a real estate license from the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission

In addition, you must complete 40 hours of education before applying for a real estate salesperson license. Our course will introduce you to the practice and principles of real estate sales in New Hampshire and fully prepare you for the state exam!

Students are allowed to miss no more than one class. While we will make every effort to accommodate special arrangements for students missing more than the allotted time, we cannot guarantee that every situation will result in available makeup time. An additional fee to the student will be charged, based on the amount of time needed and the availability of the instructor, if a private session is available and necessary.

The course fee includes the textbooks and materials.
